    Refund Policy

    In the unlikely event that your product is faulty, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

    As soon as we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Warranty Terms and Right of Withdrawal

    The warranty for Caramela Beauty products applies only if the product is unused. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not cover damage caused by improper handling by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to handle the product with care.

    The right of withdrawal applies only if the product is in its original condition. If the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. Due to hygiene regulations, it is not legally permitted to resell used hygiene products.

    Returns (if applicable)

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

    If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

    If you have not received a refund yet:

    1. First check your bank account again.

    2. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us using our contact form.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective, unused, or damaged. Please contact us through our contact form if you have any questions.

    Shipping

    We will provide instructions via email on where to send your Caramela Beauty product for return.

    You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
